Plenty of just plain water. Prune juice and/or fresh fruits and vegetables. Eliminate sugar and anything that is white, i.e. flour, bread, rice, pasta etc. from your diet. You will never need artificial colon cleansers if you eat right, exercise 4-5 days a week and sleep 8-9 hrs a night.
Drink a glass, half filled with vineger and the other with water. Also good for cleaning your coffee pot and or automatic dishwasher.
