Are cleanses (such as the master/lemonade cleanse) really effective to weight loss?

Or are they purely used to cleanse and weight loss doesn't really happen at all?Are cleanses (such as the master/lemonade cleanse) really effective to weight loss?
Going into the Master Cleanse with the mentality of loosing weight is your first mistake. Although verified to have some weight loss effects, the Master Cleanse is to be viewed as a way of eliminating toxins and stored refuse from your body. To solely go into this as a weight loss concept, would be a loosing battle for anyone to undertake. You need the have the drive and desire to become 'healthy' and ready to handle the effects a liquid 'fast' can put you through. Do your research first on this before undertaking such a mentally and physically enduring process. It's well worth it in the end if done for the right reasons. The key for losing weight is not difficult - eat less food and exercise more often - the problems arise when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations out there don't you think?! I found some excellent help by learning from the web portal in the box below, they have loads of guidance, I shed 10 pounds by following their tips.
They are not really to lose weight. They might get you into that dress for the weekend and flatten your tummy but they are not really a long term solution.
