I hear apples and cranberry(juice)What are really good fruits that cleanses the body from within?
Cranberries for urinary tract but careful of the juice not being 100%.


Plums and prunes.


Pomigranites are high in vitamin C and potassium, a good source of fiber and low in calories.

for good cleansing fruits, i would suggest anything with a high water volume like melon. watermelon is 92% water and is delicious.


don't choose cranberry juice unless it is all natural. no added sugars at ALL. just plain juice from the cranberry. so that means it will be pretty strong, but it's very good for you.

The 5-yellow fruits detoxification goes like this:


for 7 days and 7 nights... one must only eat these fruits.


For breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. And nothing else.








Start with baby bananas (as much as one can eat).


After fifteen minutes, a whole small papaya.


After fifteen minutes, mangoes or oranges


or passion fruit or peaches.


After fifteen minutes, a small cantaloupe.


After fifteen minutes, a small pineapple.


(In that order).








(Do not mix fruits together in a compote


for enzymes badly interact with each other.


Neither must fruits be cooked or turned to juice.


Fruits must be eaten by themselves, not with meals).

Apples, cranberries, prunes, etc. Most all fruits eaten in access will have this effect.
Yup also watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, melons and most watery fruits, don't forget those good veggies too.
