What are good cleanses?

I was wanting to do the Master Cleanse, but it's really expensive to do, considering you have to get organic lemons, and pure maple syrup for 10 days.


I heard that there was a cleanse that you only ate organic fruits and vegetables, and green tea? Is their one that consists of that? And if so what is it called?


Any other good cleansings mentioned would be greatly appreciated, but i am a vegetarian.. so it would have to be one that you don't eat meat or sea food.

There's nothing out there that says they have to be organic and that's not expensive anyway.





All of these cleanses are stupid, if you want results, get a colonic.





Obviously any cleanse isn't going to include meat (and seafood IS meat). Wouldn't that just back you up again?
