Im starting a new diet this week and i wanted to konwis tghere anyway i can naturally cleanse my body without doing like 20 steps and mixing so many things.How do i cleanse and detoxify my body to jump start weight loss?

eat celery, lettuce





take a laxitive.


than in about 4 days your body will be nice and cleaned out.











yeah, that is un-healthy


you could.. just try drinking alot of water and eating healthy
drink pure green tea 4X a day i lost 8 pounds doing this!
